Administrator – Service Desk

Location: Bromyard
Salary: £25,000 per annum

The Role: Based at our Bromyard office, we are looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join our busy Service Desk team.

Our Service Desk Administrators play a key role in delivering professional, efficient customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails, coordinating service activities, and ensuring engineer reports and quotes are processed accurately and on time.

If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, staying organised, and working as part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to customer emails in a shared inbox
Handling incoming calls and logging accurate information onto our system
Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with client sites
Uploading compliance documents to customer portals
Keeping spreadsheets up to date with real-time data
Preparing quotes for customers using engineer-provided information
Supporting the wider team with additional admin tasks as required

What you'll bring:

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in an admin, customer service or call centre role is essential
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (desirable but not essential)

Personal qualities:

Friendly and professional, with a can-do attitude
Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and customers

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 17:00
