This Is Not A Typical Cleaning Job!
At PureStay, we manage high-quality Airbnb and short-stay properties throughout Bath.
We're looking for a reliable, experienced and driven person to become a key member of our Bath Team.
This role is ideal for somebody who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their work, and understands that guest reviews are won and lost by attention to detail.
You won't simply be cleaning properties.
You will become responsible for a small portfolio of properties that you will know inside out.
Think of them as your properties.
Your standards. Your presentation. Your reputation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Full Airbnb changeover cleans
- Quality checking properties before guest arrival
- Reporting maintenance and property issues
- Linen management and collections
- Stock checks and top-ups
- Guest-ready presentation and staging
- Storage organisation
- Spot checks on other properties
- Supporting guest-related issues when required
Typical Working Week:
Fridays & Sundays / Mondays - These are our busiest days and are essential working days.
Typical tasks may include:
- Changeover cleaning
- Spot checking
- Storage collection and drop-offs
- Property inspections
- Resolving issues before or after guest arrival
These are typically full working days.
Midweek
- Linen collection and organisation
- Storage management
- Property checks
- Deep Cleans
- Inventory and Consumable top ups
- Additional cleans during busy periods
Hours will vary depending on bookings and seasonality.
Some weeks may be 26 hours. Others may be closer to 34 hours.
Additional overtime is available during peak periods and paid at your normal hourly rate.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional cleaning experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Excellent spoken English
- Available to work Fridays and Sundays/Mondays
- Able to travel across Bath and surrounding areas
Package
- £20,280 to £30,056 Basic Salary (this is based on £15.00 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience)
- 26-34 hours per week Basic
