As a result of continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Training Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing our non-CAS advisers, supporting them through to competency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector and hold a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
This position is offered on a hybrid working basis. The successful candidate will be expected to attend our Head Office in Knowle as required, with a minimum attendance of one day per week.

Requirements of a Regulatory Training Manager
- Full CeMAP or MAQ
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
- Proven experience in supervising, coaching, and developing non-CAS advisers to achieve competent adviser status
- Must possess strong product knowledge across Mortgages, Protection, and General Insurance
- Strong product knowledge of Private Medical Insurance and Equity Release would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
- The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions
- Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e. excel, word etc.

Responsibilities of a Regulatory Training Manager
- Act as the primary point of contact for non-CAS advisers, building strong working relationships while managing the Training & Competence programme to ensure compliance with Network standards.
- Supervise, coach, and develop non-CAS advisers, providing structured training, guidance, and tailored development plans to support their progression to Competent Adviser Status, ensuring all agreed actions are completed within specified timescales.
- Support non-CAS advisers in developing and maintaining strong product knowledge across Mortgages, Protection, General Insurance (GI), Private Medical Insurance (PMI), and Equity Release.
- Identify knowledge gaps and implement appropriate training and development interventions.
- Carry out guidance visits to support non-CAS advisers in improving standards and mitigating risks, maintaining accurate records of findings and any remedial actions required.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs aimed at increasing sales performance and expanding business across both existing and new product lines.

Salary of a Regulatory Training Manager
- £31,000 - £36,000 dependant on experience for our higher salary banding you must possess all the required qualifications/experience as stated above and carried out a similar role previously.

Working Pattern of a Regulatory Training Manager
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be expected to attend our Head Office in Knowle as required, with a minimum attendance of one day per week.
