Job Description

We are a prestigious luxury hotel committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. We are currently seeking a polished and professional Reservations Agent to join our Front of House team.

About the Role
As a member of our Reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for all guests by phone or email. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment.
