Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Residential Sales team. As our company continues to grow, we recognise the importance of having skilled professionals who can effectively secure profitable agreements and foster long-term relationships with clients.
We also recognise the need to introduce new staff to learn our industry and take us forwards in the future.
As a junior sales negotiator you will be joining an experienced team who work closely and collaboratively to drive our sales objectives guiding and helping you learn and understand all aspects of the residential sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client engagement
· Arranging and conducting viewings
· Generating and negotiating offers
· Applicant management
· Securing new business
· Sales progression
· Marketing properties
· Instruction management
· Promotion of all Satchells services
· General office administration
Experience required.
· Have existing sales experience in or outside of Estate Agency
· Be able to demonstrate an aptitude for sales
· Show an aptitude for the industry of Estate Agency work
· Be commercially minded
· Experience of working in a team orientated environment.

Working structure:
· Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch).
· One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch).
· Minimum of One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu.
Pay:
Basic salary.
Referral commission.
Commission entitlement
Subject to experience, yours and the team’s performance, incentive schemes, and national living wage qualification potential On Target Earnings of circa £30,000 per annum.
Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
