Key Responsibilities:-

Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out, and complete audit procedures as needed.
Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors appraised of feedback from guests and other departments.
Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other product knowledge critical to performing daily duties.
Improve room occupancy and apply up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
Use accurate procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in line with the hotel credit policy.
Align with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Assist other departments as required, encouraging a collaborative environment.

To successfully fill this role, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualities:
