Marketing Executive
Location: Glasgow, hybrid working
Reporting to: Revenue Marketing Manager
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £28,000
About the opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing function in Glasgow.
You will work closely with our Revenue Marketing Manager, supporting the delivery of marketing activity across two established brands:
Navitas Safety, a technology business helping multi-site organisations improve operational control, food safety and compliance.
European Safety Bureau, an independent assurance and consultancy business with more than 38 years of experience delivering audits, training and technical support across the UK and internationally.
This is a hands-on role for somebody who enjoys turning ideas into finished work.
You will help create campaigns, content, videos, case studies, landing pages, webinars, sales materials and customer communications. You will also help coordinate campaign activity, maintain marketing calendars and track the commercial impact of the work being delivered.
You will be supported and developed by an experienced Revenue Marketing Manager, while gaining broad exposure to brand, content, digital marketing, customer marketing, partnerships and B2B campaign delivery.
The role would suit an ambitious Marketing Executive who wants more responsibility and variety than they might receive within a large, narrowly structured marketing department.
The role
You will help the Revenue Marketing Manager convert marketing plans into consistently delivered campaigns and assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Content creation
- Drafting LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs and customer communications.
- Interviewing internal experts and converting their insights into usable marketing material.
- Creating case studies, customer stories, testimonials and proof points.
- Producing guides, reports, checklists, lead magnets and educational content.
- Repurposing longer-form material into social posts, emails, short videos and sales content.
Campaign delivery
- Creating B2B outbound and customer campaign emails, landing-page copy, social content and supporting assets.
- Building and maintaining marketing campaign calendars.
- Coordinating activity across email, LinkedIn, websites, webinars and partner channels.
- Monitoring campaign delivery and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Video and creative production
- Recording and editing straightforward short-form video content.
- Creating clips from webinars, interviews, demonstrations and founder-led content.
- Producing simple marketing graphics and campaign assets using tools such as Canva.
- Supporting the creation of product walkthroughs and interactive demonstrations.
- Coordinating more complex creative work with external specialists where required.
Sales and partnership support
- Supporting the preparation of account-specific and partner-specific collateral.
- Helping research target organisations, sectors and decision-makers.
- Maintaining an organised library of approved sales and marketing assets.
- Helping ensure the commercial team has the correct materials for live opportunities.
Customer and market proof
- Liaising with internal teams to gather customer outcomes, operational improvements and measurable results.
- Producing case studies that demonstrate the commercial value of our services and technology.
- Helping turn audit data, customer insight and industry knowledge into credible market content.
- Supporting benchmark reports, surveys and industry research campaigns.
Webinars and events
- Supporting the organisation and promotion of webinars, roundtables and customer events.
- Preparing speaker materials and coordinating presentations.
- Editing recordings into reusable content following the event.
- Tracking attendance, engagement and resulting commercial conversations.
Marketing operations and reporting
- Supporting the Revenue Marketing Manager in identifying which activities are generating meaningful commercial results.
What success will look like
During your first six months, we would expect you to:
- Establish a dependable rhythm of high-quality content across Navitas and European Safety Bureau.
- Help marketing campaigns move from idea to launch more quickly.
- Produce useful case studies, proof assets and sales-enablement material.
- Support the consistent delivery of LinkedIn, email, webinar and customer marketing activity.
- Improve the organisation and accessibility of marketing materials.
- Help reduce the amount of hands-on production work sitting with the Revenue Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrate that you can manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
- Develop a clear understanding of how marketing activity contributes to pipeline, customer growth and revenue.
About you
