Spa Attendant
Location: The Salthouse Hotel
Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? The Salthouse Hotel is looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Spa Attendant to join our dedicated spa team.
About the Role
As a Spa Attendant, you will play an important part in ensuring the Salt Spa is welcoming, clean and beautifully presented for every guest. You will support the daily operations of the spa, helping to deliver the high standards of service our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and relaxation areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms and replenish towels, robes and spa amenities.
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional approach.
- Support therapists and the spa team with daily operations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
- Attend to guests with drinks orders & service
- Ensure all health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping or a spa environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
