Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property + Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the management of property portfolios and oversee lettings operations, ensuring smooth processes from tenant inquiries to lease agreements. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships with clients and tenants while maintaining high standards of administrative efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in property management, sales, and customer service within a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date using property management software such as Yardi.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service with professional phone etiquette.
Support the leasing process by scheduling viewings, preparing lease documents, and guiding prospective tenants through application procedures.
Conduct data entry for new tenants, lease renewals, and maintenance requests to ensure all records are meticulously maintained.
Help coordinate property inspections, maintenance schedules, and coordinate communication between tenants and service providers.
Contribute to upselling opportunities by promoting additional services or upgrades to tenants during interactions.
Maintain organized administrative records, including rental agreements, payment histories, and correspondence.

Requirements

Previous office experience with a strong focus on administrative tasks and data entry.
Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of the lettings process, including lease agreements and tenant screening procedures.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Experience in upselling or promoting additional services is a plus.
