Summary
We are seeking aTrainee Will Writer and Sales professional to join our team in Ballymena. This role is vital in assisting clients with estate planning while also driving sales growth for our services. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our company's values. Due to client availabilty, the hours will be 12 until 8pm Monday to Thursday. These hours can be extended for those that want them.
Responsibilities
- Draft clear and comprehensive wills tailored to client needs.
- Advise clients on estate planning and related legal considerations.
- Promote our mortgage and protection products through effective sales techniques.
- Manage client appointments and follow-ups efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new clients.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in will writing or estate planning would be advantageous but not nessesary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
- Knowledge of the mortgage and insurance industry is a plus.
- Professional attitude with high ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £18,506.00-£40,200.00 per year
