Duties

Prepare and cook dishes within your designated section, maintaining consistency and quality in every plate.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with food safety practices by adhering to hygiene regulations and proper storage procedures.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work station throughout shifts.
Support the training of junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages or discrepancies.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Prior experience in serving guests or handling food service operations is preferred.
