Full job description

We are currently searching for a Full-Time Stores Person to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to kick start their career in one of the fastest growing Workwear and PPE supplies companies.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 0800-1700

Job Purpose

Accurately pick orders from the warehouse and get orders ready to be loaded onto delivery vans. Receive in goods from deliveries and accurately check onto system allocating products to any outstanding customer orders or replenishing warehouse stock. You will be a backup to the delivery drivers covering any holidays or seasonal fluctuations in work load.

The Person

Essential:

Accuracy and attention to detail, can do attitude and willingness to ensure the team achieve set targets
Be able to work well in a team in a fast paced environment
Keen Attention to Detail;
Positive Attitude; Self-Motivated
Good Communication Skills
Ability to Work Well on a Team but Be Self-Motivated and Independent at Times.
Full Clean driving licence

Desirable:

Previous Experience Working in a Warehouse
FLT Licence advantageous but on essential

The Job

Picking orders
Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number requirements
Ensure that orders are accurate
Stages items correctly for delivery
Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
Monitors stock control systems as instructed
Ensures warehouse goals are met
Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
Loads delivery vehicles
Packs warehouse orders as necessary
Performs other general warehouse duties as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
