Location: Hybrid (split between remote work and office attendance)
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel across the UK to visit partner locations and support field operations

Job Summary

BORKU UK LTD is seeking a commercial and strategic Growth Marketer to expand and sustain our B2B marketplace ecosystem. Operating within the capacity of Advertising and marketing associate professionals, your primary objective will be to win new restaurant and grocery store partners for the Borku online marketplace.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-impact advertising and marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms to drive merchant acquisition. Additionally, you will promote the company's full suite of online retail, specialized advertising, and technology services to existing and prospective partners, maintaining successful, long-term commercial relationships to ensure platform retention.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Pitching: Proactively identify, target, and win new independent restaurants and grocery stores across the UK to scale the Borku marketplace platform.
Logistics Network Growth (Rider Acquisition): Design, plan, and deliver targeted advertising and marketing campaigns to win new riders and couriers to sign up with the Borku platform, ensuring optimal delivery fleet capacity across all active cities of operations.
Campaign Delivery: Plan, build, and deliver targeted advertising and marketing campaigns to generate high-quality merchant leads.
Relationship Management: Maintain successful, collaborative relationships with existing partner stores and restaurants, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize their sales on the platform.
B2B Service Promotion: Strategically promote BORKU UK LTD’s core commercial offerings—specifically our Marketplace accessed via the Borku Mobile Apps and Web platform.
Market Research & Adaptation: Collate and interpret findings from market research regarding UK restaurants and grocery trends. Recommend localized adjustments to promotions and pricing models to improve partner satisfaction.
Sales Enablement Content: Develop localized marketing assets, B2B landing pages, and success stories to help regional sales teams close local merchant accounts faster.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, campaign management, or a digital marketing associate role. Experience in food-tech, on-demand grocery, or e-commerce marketplaces is highly desirable.
Campaign Proficiency: Proven track record of executing paid digital and social media advertising campaigns that yield measurable business results.
Account Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort managing small business owners and regional corporate accounts alike.
Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of the operational pain points of grocery store and restaurant owners (e.g., thin margins, delivery logistics, tech adoption).
