Job Introduction

Are you ready to join Hotel Chocolat’s exciting and ongoing journey as the UK’s favourite premium chocolate brand?

To join us as a Sales Advisor with Keyholder responsibilities, you need a commitment to being a true brand ambassador who is passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused.

You’ll love sharing our products with our customers with a warm and personal touch, ensuring that an amazing customer experience is delivered through excellent product and brand knowledge.

What You’ll be doing:

People are the reason you love retail! You’ll warmly welcome every customer and immerse them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
On keyholding shifts you will be the manager on duty, leading the team, and opening and closing the store on some days.
Discovering your customers’ needs and reason for their visit through friendly conversation.
Delighting your customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring to check for allergens throughout your time with them.
Closing the sale and confidently recommending additional products such as gift bags.
Genuinely thanking your customer for shopping with us, ensuring they leave happy.
Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
Responding to customer feedback.
Working with your team to support with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area is kept clear and tidy in line with our health and safety guidelines.
Maintaining the appearance of the store to a high standard.
Support where you can to the success of your store and team.
