Full job description

Purpose: Transactional processor for 200 infrastructure vendors.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Process high volumes of supplier invoices, approx. 1,000 per month.
Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy of invoices processed.
Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes (3-way matching).
Code invoices correctly to the general ledger.
Weekly statement reconciliations for the key suppliers.
Handle supplier queries promptly and professionally.
Liaise with internal stakeholders in resolving invoice queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, supply chain and the purchasing department.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Leadership: The ability to liaise with key suppliers and assist in problem solving.
Previous ERP system experience desirable.
