Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Take customer orders over the telephone and email
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Provide general clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel

- Hours are 9am to 5pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Experience:
- At least 15 years experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Familiarity Sage 50 accounts & payroll Software
- Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently

Knowledge of Sage Accounts software

Pay: £12.75 per hour
