Paid Social Media Ads Executive
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Media Ads Executive to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for somebody with experience in Paid Social Advertising and Performance Marketing who is looking to further develop their skills within a fast-paced agency environment. We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical and passionate about delivering great results for clients through paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite
- Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results
- Support the management of client advertising budgets and campaign objectives
- Analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversion rates
- Assist with the setup and management of Meta Pixel tracking, events and campaign measurement
- Create campaign reports and provide performance updates to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with designers, content creators and account managers to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
- Contribute ideas for ad creatives, campaign messaging and content that improve campaign performance
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities within paid social advertising
- Support the ongoing optimisation and improvement of client campaigns
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues regarding campaign performance and recommendations
- Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience managing or assisting with paid social advertising campaigns
- Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Advertising and Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of key performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversion rates
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients and colleagues
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience within a digital marketing agency
- Experience with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
