Saturday Cook / Chef Required
Due to continued expansion, Safari Banbridge is now seeking a reliable and experienced Saturday Cook or Chef to join our kitchen team.
This is a permanent Saturday position working a 12-hour shift from 9am – 9pm, covering breakfast, lunch and evening service, including our busy and well-known Saturday Steak Night service.
Safari Banbridge is a fast-paced, multi-award-winning restaurant, and this role would suit someone who works well under pressure, takes pride in consistently producing quality food, and enjoys working as part of a strong kitchen team.
The Role:
Assist with kitchen service from breakfast through to evening service
Prepare and cook hot and cold food to a high standard
Assist with desserts and food presentation
Support kitchen preparation and service for event catering
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Level 2 Food Hygiene & Allergen Awareness essential
Experience across breakfast and grill/steak service preferred
