Senior Paid Social & Performance Marketing Executive

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paid Social & Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for somebody with strong experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing and Client Account Management, particularly within an agency environment. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage client campaigns, deliver measurable results and play an important role within our Performance Marketing team.

This is an opportunity to become a key part of a growing digital agency, taking ownership of client campaigns, contributing strategic ideas, and helping deliver exceptional outcomes for clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite for multiple active client accounts
Build, implement and optimise paid social campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, brand awareness and return on ad spend
Manage and optimise campaigns for clients with £3,000+ monthly advertising budgets
Monitor performance regularly and make data-driven decisions based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates and overall account performance
Implement and maintain Meta Pixel tracking, events, attribution and campaign measurement
Analyse campaign performance and provide clear recommendations to improve results
Work closely with account managers, designers and content creators to ensure campaigns align with wider marketing objectives
Contribute ideas for ad creatives, campaign messaging and content strategies that improve campaign performance
Understand what makes a strong advert and collaborate with the creative team to develop effective campaigns
Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication, reporting and strategic recommendations
Present campaign performance updates and recommendations to clients in a confident and professional manner
Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities across Meta, TikTok and the wider paid social landscape
Support junior team members when required and contribute positively to team development and collaboration
Help improve campaign processes, reporting standards and overall service delivery across the department

The successful candidate must have:

Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts
Experience working with clients spending £3,000+ per month on advertising
Previous experience within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency
Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Advertising, Meta Business Suite and Meta Pixel
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rates and campaign optimisation
Experience with tracking, attribution, reporting and campaign analysis
Good working knowledge of TikTok Ads and broader paid social platforms
Strong understanding of ad creative, content performance and conversion-focused campaign strategy
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional and confident when communicating with clients
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding results
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines

Desirable but not essential:

Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience working alongside designers, content creators and video editors
Broader understanding of content creation, organic social media and digital marketing strategy
