Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, target audiences, and market trends to maximize engagement and visibility.
Manage daily social media operations across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, ensuring consistent voice and branding.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that captures attention, encourages interaction, and promotes positive public relations.
Monitor social media channels for audience engagement, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster a lively online community.
Analyze performance metrics using social media management tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to coordinate campaigns that enhance brand reputation and outreach efforts.
Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our digital presence innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
Excellent understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate into digital communication strategies.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
Ability to analyze data insights to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and emerging social platforms is highly desirable.
