Join Our Team as a Bank Nursery Practitioner! (Qualified Level 2 or 3 in Early Years)

Are you passionate about creating brighter futures for children? At Alcester, we’re looking for a Bank Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or 3 to join our team. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, and let’s make a difference together!

A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required for this role.

Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: £13.17 - £13.44 per Hour depending on experience *plus accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Zero hour contract - this gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the Nursery needs.
Location: The Old Station Nursery Alcester, Kinwarton Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6PX

About our Nursery

The Old Station Nursery Alcester is very much a part of the local community. We are based alongside the River Arrow and are within walking distance of the local high street, town museum and shops. The nursery is made up of three large rooms, all of which have been carefully organised to provide age-appropriate resources and equipment. The nursery is located on Kinwarton Road, a short walk from Alcester town centre and only a 5-minute drive from the A46 and A435 junction. We have onsite parking available.

Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
