Saturday Negotiator - Headington Office

Role Description

This is a part-time, Saturday only role, for a Saturday Negotiator located in our Headington office.

The responsibilities include meeting with prospective buyers and tenants, conducting property viewings, managing inquiries, calling prospective buyers and sellers to arrange appointments, and communicating effectively with potential clients.

The Saturday Negotiator will be instrumental in representing the company’s high standards by providing outstanding customer service and supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks. Effective time-management and a proactive approach are essential for this role.

Requirements

Organisational and time-management skills to efficiently handle inquiries and appointments
Availability to work most Saturdays throughout the year, except for four paid Saturdays off as annual leave
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Basic understanding of property management or real estate is preferable, but not essential
Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills for administrative tasks
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently
Knowledge of the Oxfordshire/Headington property market is advantageous but not mandatory
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
