Full job description

Our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team is recruiting for an Executive to take on a varied and rewarding role, providing administrative support to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting client onboarding processes and file management.
Providing general administrative support to fee earners and the wider team.
Corresponding with medical professionals

About You

You will be a team player with a positive, flexible approach and the ability to manage a varied workload. You should be confident working in a busy environment and able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and third parties.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and good organisational abilities. Experience using Microsoft packages is required.

This role is part-time, 17.5hrs which can be worked over 3 or 5 days. Due to the nature of the work it is expected this role will be office based.
