We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Legal Support Assistant to join our Fraud and Motor team in Belfast. This role is ideal for someone with an administrative or secretarial background who is looking to develop their career in a professional services environment. You’ll play a vital role in supporting fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the team and helping to deliver an excellent service to our clients.
The role is based and Belfast and offers a hybrid working pattern.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Fraud and Motor team.

Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.

Managing and maintaining case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Liaising professionally with clients, courts and third‑party providers.

Assisting with the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.

Coordinating diaries, meetings and appointments for team members.

Supporting general office and team tasks, including data entry, scanning and photocopying.
What will help you succeed in this role?:
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (legal experience is not required).

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn as part of a team.
