Team/Role Overview
The Markets Programme Execution and Transformation team works with all Markets businesses and Citi functions, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology to identify, mobilise and execute responses to regulatory and cross-business transformational projects. The primary mission of the team is to design and implement integrated solutions and sustainable capabilities in the most efficient and effective way for Markets and its clients.

What we’ll need from you
Proven relevant experience in a project-related environment. This can include internships, academic projects, or part-time roles where project management principles were applied within the financial service industry.
Experience within Capital Markets is a plus, but not required.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. This includes the ability to clearly articulate project updates, risks, and issues.
Organization & Planning: Strong organizational and planning skills are essential for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., PTS, Microsoft Project, Jira) is a plus.
Financial Markets Knowledge: A basic understanding of financial markets and instruments is highly desirable.
Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
