Full job description

We’re looking for a minimum of 3 lifeguards/leisure assistants for our new Aquaparc, with water obstacles, ‘It’s a Knockout’ style obstacles and a Crash & Splash!

Purpose

To be visitor focused to provide an unforgettable first class experience
You'll have a passion for being outside on the water and delivering excellent customer service!

Key Accountabilities

To be friendly and helpful to all visitors and other staff members
To be constantly observant to surroundings, ensuring that strict health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
Ensure all areas are presented and maintained to the highest level at all times.
Complying with Park rules at all times.
Assist with day to day running of activities
Reporting any issues or incidents immediately to your line manager.
Provide the highest standards of customer service at all times

Skills and Qualifications

No experience necessary, however experience in a Leisure or Sports environment would be beneficial Behaviours
Self Motivated, High Energy,
Customer / Client Focused
Team Player
Flexible / Punctual / Proactive!
