Ringrose Law is looking for two enthusiastic and ambitious school leavers to join our busy and successful Conveyancing teams in Lincoln and Newark. What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Conveyancing Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting our conveyancing team and helping clients through one of the biggest milestones in their lives: buying or selling a home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our Conveyancing Fee Earners with a range of administrative tasks
- Speaking with clients and providing conveyancing quotations
- Opening and setting up new client files
- Processing data accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and sending client engagement documents
- Applying for property searches on purchase transactions
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors and other professionals
- Responding to emails and telephone enquiries
- Providing occasional reception support when required
- Working closely with colleagues as part of a friendly and supportive team

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
