About the Company

We are online Asian supermarket. A small but creative, energetic company specialized in providing Fast Moving Consuming Goods service.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator to support brand development, content creation, and marketing campaign execution across both digital and offline channels. This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, solid visual design capability, video content skills, and marketing insight, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects independently from concept to delivery.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in graphic design and/or marketing, who are flexible, adaptable, and comfortable handling ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Development

Monitor and analyse social media trends to generate relevant content ideas and campaign concepts
Develop creative visuals and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop in both Traditional Chinese and English
Produce graphics, banners, and visual assets for social media, website, and promotional campaigns
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media platforms
Assist in creating engaging written content, including captions, product descriptions, and marketing copy
Support new product launches with integrated marketing assets

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Plan and manage a monthly social media content calendar
Prepare and schedule regular posts across Facebook, Instagram (Feeds & Stories), Threads, and/or LinkedIn
Gather customer insights and market feedback to inform content strategy
Update website content regularly, including product information and promotional materials
Ensure strong visual consistency and brand alignment across all digital channels

Offline Marketing Support (Physical Store & Events)

Support physical store marketing initiatives, including in-store visuals, signage, and promotional materials
Coordinate printing and sourcing of offline marketing materials
Liaise with external printing suppliers and vendors
Support event preparation, including banners and display materials

Required Skills & Competencies

Requirement

Background in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline
Relevant work experience in a similar role is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; skills in video editing software and/or AI are a plus
Strong visual design and layout skills, with a refined aesthetic sense
Experience in video shooting and editing for social media use
Basic understanding of digital marketing and major social media platforms

Core Competencies

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong execution capability with attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Organised, self-motivated, flexible, and highly responsible
Knowledge of Asian food and/or FMCG within the UK market is a plus
