Ropes & Gray London is one of the largest offices in the Ropes & Gray network, and the hub of the firm’s EMEA network and set up in London in 2010. While we are now an established presence in the UK, we’ve retained all the buzz of our start-up years. Provides direct support to the Private Equity Transactions group to assist them with legal work including:
- Assisting with the review of confidentiality agreements and engagement letters
- Assisting with tasks relating to due diligence
- Administrative support including updating databases
- Providing signing, closing and post-signing support to fee earners
- Maintaining trackers of documents and sending weekly updates on client activity
- From time to time, assisting with general overflow work from wider fee earning group
Communicating, corresponding and interacting with partners and associates and with time, clients and counter parties
