Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Mixologist/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts.
Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to licensing laws.
Assist in setting up for special events or themed nights as required.
Follow all health and safety protocols diligently, including food safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, particularly as a bartender or mixologist, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is important. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks.

Pay: £2,500.00-£3,500.00 per month
