About Us:
Page Medical Communications is a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare communications and education agency with a successful healthcare events business . Our mission is to deliver high-quality events that foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration in the healthcare sector. We’re looking for an experienced events exectuive to join our healthcare events team.

Role Overview:

THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE PERSON TO BE IN THE OFFICE IN ELY, CAMBS MONDAY TO THURSDAY with remote working on Fridays

We are looking for an organised, proactive Event Executive with around 1–2 years’ events experience to join our growing team.You will work across a busy portfolio of healthcare conferences, meetings and professional society events, supporting everything from planning through to onsite delivery.

What you will do:

Coordinate event logistics, venues and suppliers
Manage speaker liaison, travel and accommodation
Maintain event plans, trackers and deadlines
Support sponsorship and exhibition delivery
Develop event communications and social media content
Work with our Design team to create promotional assets
Support delegate attraction and engagement
Support membership administration and renewal communications
Play an active role in onsite event delivery

We are looking for someone who

Has around 1–2 years’ experience in events
Is highly organised and great with detail
Takes ownership and follows things through
Communicates confidently with speakers, suppliers and colleagues
Can juggle multiple deadlines
Spots problems early and helps solve them
Writes clearly and has an interest in social media and event promotion
Is happy to travel and work onsite when required

Healthcare communications experience would be great, but it’s not essential.This is a great opportunity for someone ready to move beyond simply supporting events and start taking real ownership of event workstreams in areas of healthcare where we make a real difference to patients.
