Reporting directly to the BMS UKI General Manager, you will have full accountability for plant performance across safety, people, operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results. You'll lead an experienced management team while championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engagement.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading the Site
You'll provide inspirational leadership across all aspects of plant performance, ensuring the business consistently delivers against safety, service, quality, productivity, and financial targets.

Creating and executing the site strategy in line with UK business goals.

You'll lead a complex manufacturing operation and continuously raise performance standards by:
Optimising productivity, efficiency, and asset utilisation.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proven manufacturing leader with experience managing large-scale operations and delivering measurable business results.
Essential Experience
Significant leadership experience within manufacturing, operations, or site management environments.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams through growth and change.
Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
Track record of improving operational performance, productivity, and profitability.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer requirements.
Demonstrated success in driving a positive safety culture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven, commercially minded decision maker.
Desirable
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or Operational Excellence experience.
Experience leading organisational change and transformation programmes.
