Full job description

The team at Keystone Estates (Rochdale) has a reputation for providing a reliable and professional service across both residential lettings and property sales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our busy team as an apprentice.

Main Duties:

Dealing with Sales and Lettings - Booking Appointments
Answering telephone queries
Booking in valuations for clients
Completing adminstration documentation

Weekly wage

£Negociable

Desired skills

Excellent communication skills
Ability to deal with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
Confidence of Microsoft packages inc. Word and Excel
Understanding of Client Confidentiality
Excellent customer service skills

Personal qualities

Friendly
Open and honest
A willingness to learn
Work well as both part of a team and alone

Desired qualifications

A-C / 4-9 or equivalent in maths, English and ICT.

Training to be provided

The successful candidate will complete and obtain a Level 2 Business Admin qualification
