Summary
We are seeking a Finance Assistant (FTC) who will support the broader Finance function and contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of the business. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless financial operations.
Responsibilities
Managing daily transactional activities
Managing the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control
Reconcile monthly supplier statements and company bank accounts
Reconcile and manage credit card facilities across all departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Liaising with third-party platforms to reconcile transactions, investigate discrepancies, and manage chargeback disputes, including preparation of supporting documentation and resolution defence.
Qualifications & Attributes
Level 2 or 3 AAT preferred
Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage
Excellent attention to detail
