Overview
Profile Interiors Ltd is a growing interior fit-out company specialising in high-end, bespoke joinery installations. Our projects include reception desks, AV feature walls, bespoke cabinetry, banquette seating, and custom storage solutions.
We are seeking experienced Site Fitters / Joinery Installers to join our team, working primarily on projects across London. This role involves regular travel and staying away Monday to Friday. When not on site, you will support our manufacturing team at our workshop in Bideford, North Devon.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional quality, work efficiently, and uphold high standards of professionalism and Health & Safety compliance.
Duties
- Install bespoke joinery including:
- Reception desks
- AV/media walls
- Banquette seating
- Cabinetry and storage solutions
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Deliver high-quality finishes in line with company standards
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements on site
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Support workshop manufacturing in Bideford when not on site
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in joinery installation or site fitting
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and stay away Monday to Friday
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability on site
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- CSCS card (preferred)
Desirable:
- Workshop/joinery manufacturing experience
- Experience within high-end commercial interiors
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of £33,000 – £38,000 per year (depending on experience)
