What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll:
- Deliver hands-on, engaging plumbing lessons across different levels
- Plan creative sessions that bring the subject to life
- Track progress and help learners smash their goals
- Support and mentor students through tutorials and guidance
- Help design and develop exciting new course content
- Work with colleagues, employers, and industry partners
- Get involved in open days, events, and student recruitment
- Lead or support Level 2 and 3 programmes
- Create a classroom where everyone feels supported, included, and motivated
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You’ll bring:
- Solid plumbing knowledge and experience
- Great communication skills (you can explain tricky things simply!)
- A positive, team-player attitude
- Confidence using IT and learning systems
- A passion for helping others succeed
Qualifications:
- GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
- Relevant plumbing qualification
- Teaching qualification OR willingness to train (we’ll support you!)
