We have three exciting opportunities for Construction and Engineering leaders to take the next step in their career.

The roles are:

Building Services (Plumbing, Electrical & T-Levels)
Trades (Carpentry, Maintenance and Bricklaying)
Engineering & Motor Vehicle

We are looking for experienced and ambitious practitioners to lead and develop a curriculum team, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and student outcomes, working closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Faculty, you will support curriculum planning, staff development, quality improvement and student recruitment, while helping to deliver an outstanding learner experience. The role includes managing a team, driving learner achievement and maintaining a teaching commitment.

Our College offers a range of vocational courses in Construction and Engineering for young people and adults. Whether your trade is engineering, building services, bricklaying or electrical, we want to hear from you.

About You

You will have:

Experience of teaching, tutoring and curriculum leadership.
Experience of managing and motivating staff.
A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification.
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
A commitment to continuous improvement and student success.
