Office Manager
Roles: Full time, fixed term contract for 9 months
Location: Barnstaple, Devon

The Role:
We’re seeking an Office Manager to provide Administration support for the AVP and wider local leadership team. This will include internal and external publicity and comms, calendar management, booking and arranging travel and processing of expenses.
· Organisation and hosting of wider Accord, customer, regulator or dignitary visits to site.
· Organisation of business and social events for the site
· Leading periodic operations team meetings providing minutes/actions lists
· Compile and issue draft periodic reports for local operations leader
· Work alongside Exec PA to provide cover and coordinate activities
· Support all aspects of site publicity and communications
· Ensure operations electronic data and filing systems are organised to ensure appropriate availability across the team and comply with data retention policy
· Responding to general telephone enquiries and forwarding to relevant staff
· Overall, work in a professional manner maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality in communicating highly sensitive or highly contentious information with people of all levels within the company and elsewhere.
The Person:
· Proven experience within a similar role
· Self-managed and well organised with positive “can do” customer centric attitude
· Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
· Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise workload based on business need
· Must be able to demonstrate integrity and act in a confidential manner
· Possess excellent Microsoft and IT skills
· Ideally educated to A level standard but as a minimum passes at GCSE in English Language and Mathematics
