Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.

Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions at all times.
Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
Manage cash handling responsibilities when processing payments or refunds efficiently and securely.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Experience

Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly desirable.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with solid computer skills.
Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills to manage customer information precisely.
Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center operations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone etiquette ensure positive customer engagements.
