Overview

Are you passionate about social media and eager to craft engaging content that captures attention and sparks conversations? As a Junior Social Media Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our digital storytelling, transforming ideas into vibrant posts that resonate with diverse audiences.

We are looking for a creative, confident and enthusiastic person who loves creating short-form video content. You'll be responsible for producing engaging videos for our internal social media channels and creating content that helps promote our products through TikTok.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who spends time on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, understands current trends, and wants to build a career in digital marketing and content creation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan, film and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.

· Create product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes videos, staff features and trend-based content.

· Produce TikTok videos designed to increase product visibility and sales.

· Work with different departments to capture day-to-day business activities and success stories.

· Keep up to date with social media trends, viral sounds and platform best practices.

· Edit videos using mobile and desktop editing software.

· Help schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

· Monitor content performance and suggest ideas for improving engagement.

· Ensure all content reflects the company's brand and values.

· Carry out and additional ad-hoc duties as they arise.

Essential Criteria:

· Passion for social media and video creation.

· Comfortable filming yourself and others. Articulate and good English language skill

· Basic video editing skills using apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express or similar.

· Creative mindset with an eye for engaging professional content.

· Good communication skills.

· Organised and able to manage multiple projects.

Desirable Criteria:

· Experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram.

· Knowledge of TikTok Shop.

· Photography or graphic design skills.

· Understanding of social media analytics.

Experience using AI tools to assist with content creation

Willing to learn and develop new skills.
Comfortable adapting to changing trends and priorities.
Reliable and able to work independently when required.

25 days per annum annual leave plus bank holidays

Salary negotiable dependent on experience
