Salary: From £42,120 (Negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

At Revive Auto Repairs, we take genuine pride in our work environment. We are a new premium, independent bodyshop that invests heavily in our facility, our equipment, and our team. We are looking for a highly skilled Panel Beater to join our team. We believe in doing things the right way, so if you are tired of cluttered workspaces, rushed jobs, and working weekends, this is your opportunity to step into a clean, professional, and well-maintained workshop where your skills are respected.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside our expert team to execute high-level structural panel repairs, alignment, and precision dent pulling on everything from high-end passenger vehicles to commercial fleets.
Complete flawless structural welding and repairs, working extensively with both steel and aluminium components.
Perform MET duties as required, including the safe and efficient stripping and fitting of mechanical, electrical, and trim components.

What We Require

Proven Experience: Significant, hands-on experience as a professional Panel Beater.
Welding Expertise: You must have specialist technical skills working in all types of materials including; aluminium and steel.
MET Competence: Confident in handling mechanical, electrical, and trim removal and refitting.
Team Focus: A positive, reliable attitude and a genuine desire to work collaboratively alongside a respectful, highly skilled team.

Salary: £42,120 minimum starting salary, with the flexibility to negotiate dependent on your level of experience and qualifications.
