As one of the UK's leading Padel solutions providers, SG Padel supports clients from initial concept through to completed installation, we have deliver projects with the likes of Soho Farmhouse, Padel Social Club and JCB Golf & Country Club among many others.
The company oversees the full project lifecycle, including architectural drawings and planning, construction and groundworks, and the supply and installation of MejorSet Padel courts. SG Padel focuses on delivering reliable, end-to-end services to clients seeking world-class Padel facilities.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Project Co-ordinator role based in the United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Project Co-ordinator will oversee Padel court projects from planning through to construction and installation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing stakeholders, and supervising contractors and suppliers. The role involves monitoring progress on site, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements. The Project Co-ordinator will also handle documentation, reporting, and communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners. The role would involve some travel to and from our client's Padel projects.

Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Competence in Logistics Management, including managing suppliers, deliveries, and site operations.
- Proven experience managing construction or installation projects, ideally within sports or leisure facilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence with remote coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualification in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Clean driving license

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
