Salary: SNS16 (NA31) £36,340 p/a (£30,470 actual)

Start date: TBC August 2026

The Successful Applicant:

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and highly motivated Admissions Officer to join our school. The successful candidate will be a friendly, approachable, and efficient first point of contact to prospective families and will ensure that they experience a smooth introduction to the school. They will join a dedicated team of support staff who work together to create a warm and professional working environment, supporting and collaborating with teachers, senior management and pupils. A full handover will be provided to ensure consistency and a smooth transition.

The Position:

The Admissions Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting the admissions process for prospective day students, ensuring families receive a professional, welcoming and efficient experience from initial enquiry through to enrollment. The role requires excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills, alongside a strong commitment to promoting the School’s ethos, values and educational provision.

Terms & Conditions:

Contract Details: Permanent, Term Time only +15 days (43.6 paid weeks per year)

Hours: Full Time 40 hrs per week (flexible start & finish times) - core hours 8.30am - 4.30pm including a paid 30 minute lunch break
