Creative, curious and ready for a role with plenty of variety? Got a great eye for detail, love turning ideas into sharp, purposeful design and would rather leave AI to write this job advert? Us too, and we might have just the role for you.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our brand team and help create great design across the group. You’ll work on everything from everyday design requests to bigger, campaign-led projects, taking a brief and turning it into work that looks good, feels right and, most importantly, does the job for our customers and stakeholders.
You might come from an agency, an in-house studio or be ready for the next step in your design career. Experience helps, but attitude matters too. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, keen to learn and happy to get stuck in — someone who can bring fresh ideas, ask questions and isn’t afraid to challenge a brief when there’s a better way to do it.
You’ll be part of a brand team supporting the whole group, so there’s plenty to get your teeth into. From corporate reports and internal comms to campaigns and social content, plus materials and marketing activity for our Sales team, you’ll help bring our main brand and sub-brands to life across different audiences and channels. The aim? Fresh, polished and purposeful work that feels right for each audience while keeping everything connected to the bigger brand.
It’s going to be busy, and at times pretty fast-paced, but in the best way. We’re in an exciting period of brand development, so there’s a real opportunity to bring new creative thinking to life, try things out and see your work make a genuine impact.
You’ll work with colleagues right across the business, so communication, collaboration and good vibes really matter. We want someone who can build strong relationships, take feedback on the chin, keep things moving and bring positive energy to the team.
We offer flexible working, with the opportunity to work from home and collaborate with colleagues in person at least three times a week at one of our offices in Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF) or Yeovil (BA22 8WN).
If you’re looking for a creative role with variety, pace, trust and the chance to help shape what comes next, we’d love to hear from you.
Interviews scheduled to take place w/c 14th September.
We'd love to see examples of your work, so please be sure to attach your portfolio alongside your CV or include a portfolio link within your CV. Applications without a portfolio won't be taken forward for review.
