About the role
Savvy Salon Club is looking for a confident, professional Sales Representative to help introduce local people to premium salon and spa experiences.
This is a full-time, face-to-face, field-based sales role based around Reading and the surrounding local areas.
You will be out in the local area speaking with potential customers, representing our partner salons and spas, and helping them attract new clients.
This role is best suited to someone who can commit to a minimum of four days per week and wants to build strong, consistent results.
No previous sales experience is required. You also do not need experience in hair, hairdressing, salons, spas, or the beauty industry. Full training will be provided.
Location / working area
This role is based around Reading and the surrounding areas, including:
- Reading
- Twyford
- Caversham
- Wokingham
- Henley-on-Thames
You will be working face-to-face in local areas, speaking with potential customers and introducing them to premium salon and spa experiences from our partner salons.
The role in plain English
You will not be working inside a salon.
You will not be selling services to salon owners.
Your role is to speak face-to-face with local people and introduce them to salon and spa experiences from our partner salons.
You will be representing high-end salons and spas, explaining the introductory offer clearly, and helping local customers discover businesses they may not have visited before.
What you’ll be doing
You will:
- Speak face-to-face with local people
- Introduce customers to premium salon and spa experiences from our partner salons
- Explain the offer clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Represent established salons and spas to a high standard
- Help our partner salons attract new clients from their local area
- Build trust through natural conversation, not pushy sales tactics
- Work independently while following a proven structure
- Work consistently across your local area to build strong weekly results
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking to people face-to-face
- Well-presented, reliable, and professional
- Positive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Naturally good at conversation
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Open to learning a proven sales process
- Interested in people, communication, customer experience, salons, spas, or premium service brands
- Looking for a full-time role that is active, people-focused, and not desk-based
- Able to commit to a minimum of four days per week
You do not need previous sales experience or salon industry knowledge. We will provide the training, structure, and support. What matters most is confidence, consistency, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Earnings and support
This role offers strong earning potential for the right person, with typical weekly earnings for strong performers around £500–£900+, depending on activity, consistency, and results.
