The role

As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

Our store

The Petersfield Specsavers store is a busy, community-focused practice that prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care in a welcoming and professional environment. Located in a listed building within the town square, the store benefits from excellent transport links. Petersfield railway station is within walking distance, while a range of local bus routes serve the town centre, making the practice easily accessible for commuters. There are also local car parks and on-street parking options nearby for those travelling by car. The practice offers a clinical setting with access to the latest technology, allowing colleagues to develop their skills while providing high-quality optical and audiology services. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, customer service and continuous improvement, Petersfield Specsavers is an excellent place for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference to customers' eyesight and hearing every day.

Part-time position offering approximately 28.5 hours per week across 4 days
Essential working hours are 8:45am to 4:45pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

What we’re looking for?

Reliable, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
