The Role - We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Alchemy Bar & Lounge. As a Bartender with Alchemy, your role is to create memorable experiences through exceptional service and mixology skills. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to showcase your creativity, grow, and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are crafting our signature cocktails, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and providing excellent service to our customers. Other duties include preparing the bar for service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the bar area is in pristine condition.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a bar environment
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Passion for mixology and attention to detail
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, some holidays, and special events
