Full job description

Main purpose of the role

To develop strong relationships with our clients, partners and suppliers and using them to help the company to deliver quality marketing activity on time and in budget. In this role, you will be working closely with our external marketing agency and the Managing Director to carry out all activity, so it is essential that you are a team player who is willing to offer help where needed.

What will your day look like?

Create and send marketing emails and newsletters using HubSpot
Update and maintain company website content
Coordinate and promote events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
Post and schedule content on social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn)
Discussing marketing funding with partners
Claiming marketing development funds from partners
Work closely with the sales team and external marketing consultants to support campaigns and initiatives

What we are looking for

Enthusiasm and desire to learn and embrace new challenges
A keen interest in the IT sector (you don’t need to be a techie though!)
Keen to learn about our target markets of Accountancy, Legal and Financial services and the Energy sector
Fantastic organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues, customers and third parties
A team player who enjoys working with and supporting colleagues
Full driving license and own transport

Experience

Experience in use of HubSpot (desirable)
Experience in use of Social media, particularly LinkedIn (essential)
Experience in use of Event bright (desirable)

£100 – £120 per day depending on experience

1 day per week initially (with scope to increase to 2 days)
