Full job description

Brand & Community Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone creative, very organised and commercially-minded to help run and grow our brand across social, content, partnerships and campaigns.

This is a hands-on role in a small business, working closely with the founder and Head of Marketing to help execute and maintain the brand vision across everything we put out into the world.

You’ll help keep the brand consistent and high quality across:

Social media
Paid ads creative
Website content
UGC and creator campaigns
Influencer relationships
Brand partnerships
Photoshoots and small events
Offline content

You’ll coordinate freelancers, creators and agencies, keep projects moving, and make sure everything feels aligned, premium and on-brand.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong taste and understands modern consumer brands
Is highly organised and proactive
Has experience with social, creators and campaign coordination
Can manage lots of moving parts without losing attention to detail
Is comfortable working in a fast-moving small business
Ideally has experience in DTC, lifestyle, beauty, wellness or consumer brands

This is not a big corporate marketing role. We want someone practical, creative and entrepreneurial who enjoys building brands properly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £27,803.99-£50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
