Pasta & Pizza Maker – Sanremo Italian Restaurant, Bath

Hourly Rate from £14-£17ph depending on experience - Full Time Position - Mainly Early Day Time shifts

Join Our Production Kitchen Team at Sanremo Italian Restaurant

Sanremo Italian Restaurant in Bath is looking for an experienced and passionate Pasta Maker & Pizza Maker to join our busy kitchen team.

If you take pride in creating authentic, fresh Italian pasta and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh pasta to our authentic Italian recipes and standards.
Produce a variety of pasta shapes and doughs from scratch.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pasta dishes.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team during service.
Manage stock and ingredients efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience as a pasta maker or in an Italian kitchen.
Knowledge of traditional Italian pasta-making techniques.
Passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant.
Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player.
Food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
